Complaints

Hillcrest Glebedale School is committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers in order to deliver the highest standards in education. Whilst we strive to achieve the very best welfare and education provision for all pupils it is recognised that there may be occasions where concerns arise.  The school is committed to responding to any concerns both promptly and courteously.

We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download as above. This sets out clear timelines for the management of any complaint.

Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Karen Caswell via telephone on 01782 320773 or via email to [email protected]. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher please contact Lauren Wright, Regional Director on 07580 540410. In 2018/2019 there was 1 (one) complaint.
